Sometimes you just have to decide which cymbals you will want to use for playing the drums. There are different types of cymbals which produce different types of sounds. But then there are also different types of drumming cymbals needed for certain types of music. For example, drummers who play rock music will most likely use heavier cymbals because they are going for a louder sound. And because they will generally be hitting the cymbals with their drumsticks much harder.
